Benefit Plan Designs is a unique employee benefit company. We work with employers – large and small; public and private companies, start-ups and 100 year-old employers. All these employers have benefited from our service and experience. Collectively, our staff has had over 75 years of experience in the field of employee benefits. Ted Osiecki, our president, is personally involved with all of our clients designing innovative and cost effective employee benefit plans.

Your BPD team:

Ted Osiecki : Ted is founder and President of BPD. He has over 30 years experience in the employee benefits field with extensive knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace, plan design implementation and funding arrangements. His client responsibilities include creating and designing employee benefit plans, development of specifications, marketing, market analysis, and implementation.

As your account executive, Ted will manage all aspects of the proposed project as well as ongoing support services.

Carol Searle : Carol is an Account Executive and Client Support Services Manager with BPD. She has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field with extensive experience in group life, disability, medical, dental insurance and COBRA compliance. Before joining BPD, Carol was a sales representative with a major insurance carrier.

Pamela Mannone : Pamela brings 15 years of experience in the employee benefits group insurance area. She has worked for Sentry Insurance, Fortis Benefits and most recently, Sun Life Financial. Her extensive knowledge and experience in Life, Disability, Medical, and Dental insurance make her an outstanding customer service representative.

Theresa Berardino : Theresa has over 10 years experience as a Client Service Representative. Her extensive knowledge of medical administration and experience in Life Disability and Dental insurance make her an outstanding customer service representative.
